Head up a nondescript stairwell on Smith Street and through two heavy doors, and you find yourself in a room that still surprises people. Panama House was a textile factory in the early 1900s. Today it's our restaurant and bar, and on a handful of dates each year it becomes somebody's wedding.
Because we're a dining-led venue, we only release a limited number of wedding dates. That means every couple we host gets our full attention, from the first walkthrough to the last song. Nothing makes us happier than seeing couples come back for an anniversary dinner years later.
